A Mighty God!

It is with great rejoicing that we tell you that Isabel was granted her US visa today! On behalf of Isabel and ourselves, we want to thank you for your prayers!!! Our God in amazing! Here's how her interview went down...

After standing in line (with no food) from 8 am until 3:30 pm today, and seeing a multitude of rejected applicants, Isabel was called up for her interview. The man asked her for her papers and she handed them over. After reading the letter of invitation from The Mission Society (it basically communicated that they wanted to "evaluate" Isabel as a possible worker), the man looked at her and said, "So you want to go to Atlanta for a conference?" She replied, "Yes." He looked at her another moment and said, "You're a missionary. Your visa is granted." WOW! We have all been praying that God would give her favor with the officials, and that is exactly what God did!

We are rejoicing in the goodness of God and in His faithfulness. Surely, when He calls us to something, He doesn't leave us hanging without the resources that we need to accomplish His purposes. We are seeing the hand of God so clearly in this process of Isabel and Debora coming to serve as missionaries here; we are in awe of Him more and more everyday!

We are equally excited about the opportunity that many of you will have to be able to get to know Isabel in just a couple short weeks! We will be in the Atlanta area the week after Easter, and we'd love to connect with you. We are praying for a support team for Isabel-- people who would PRAY for her and for Debora as well as people who would give to the Lord out of the abundance that He has given so that they can serve Jesus in Mexico. Please continue to pray for God's perfect provision.

We are rejoicing in the fact that we have such a team of prayer warriors behind us. Great is the incredible faithfulness of God. Indeed..
