We're Still Alive!
Please accept our apologies for being poor communicators the last few months. We'll try to do better this new year. Thank you so much for your prayers and support. We couldn't be doing this without you!
They say that a picture tells a thousand words, so we'll save you some reading time. Enjoy!
The week of December 18-23rd, we baked 500 homemade cut-out Christmas cookies and bagged them up to share with our friends in the community of Nueva Almaguer. Thankfully, Steve's mom and dad were here with us, so we were all baking maniacs that week! Though the weather didn't cooperate at all (it was COLD and rainy), we had a great time with the children. They put on a Christmas pageant. I was moved at the thought of little worshippers of our Lord doing that very same thing all over the world! What a privilege it is to be working with these precious ones God loves so deeply. :-) Enjoy the following pictures!

Praying for Isidra. (Note-- if anyone is interested in a way to help out with the ministry here, we could use some spanish Bibles! Isidra would really like to have a large-print Bible so she can read. Let us know if you're interested.)
